Welcome to Rabbit Scrap. By scheduling a pickup or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a smooth and transparent transaction for both parties.

2. Pricing & Rates

Please note that scrap market rates fluctuate daily. While we update our website regularly, the final rate offered at the time of pickup may vary slightly.

• Rates quoted on the phone or website are estimates.
• Final value is calculated based on the current market rate on the day of pickup.

3. Weighing & Pickup Process

We believe in 100% transparency. We use ISO-certified digital weighing scales.

• Customers are requested to be present during the weighing process.
• Once the scrap is weighed and loaded into our vehicle, no claims regarding weight will be entertained.
• We reserve the right to refuse pickup if the quantity is significantly lower than mentioned or if the location is inaccessible.

4. Payments

We offer Instant Payment upon completion of the weighing process.

• Payment modes: Cash, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), or Bank Transfer.
• Full payment is made before our vehicle leaves your premises.

5. Prohibited Items

Rabbit Scrap does not buy illegal or hazardous materials. We strictly refuse:

• Stolen property or government infrastructure materials.
• Radioactive waste, bio-medical waste, or explosives.
• Sealed cylinders or containers with unknown substances.
